Change the vision about autism
In Visual Learners, we believe that when someone gets to know autism, they discover an exciting world until now unknown. That’s why, through various innovative ways, such as art, film, and media, we work towards one goal: that society knows, understands and respects autism.
We use art as a social awareness tool, organizing exhibitions where artists with and without autism share the same space. This is a demonstration of talent to raise awareness and an initiative to put the focus on their capacities and talents. The objective is to educate visitors on a reality often invisible to our eyes… autism.
Through the documentary “A Shared Dream”, we can discover the families and the professionals who share with us their vision about autism so that we can see how visual learning has enabled children to understand, learn and express themselves.
